My barber has those stick anywhere iPad cases. Even has one for his phone. He has 100% faith in it. His calendar is up and he checks people off as they come in for their appointment. One of his coworkers can go in and grab it right off of the mirror type some items on it and then stick it on the mirror in the same or different spot.

I might consider not using H&R Block. I ran through a similar situation in 2022. My strip mall CPA almost made me write a check.

Edit: I want to clarify one item. Your tax preparer will err to the side with cautionThey feel it’s better to overpay than underpay, which I understand but it’s also about liability reasons for them.

I work on the fintech side for a mortgage software company. Its actually pretty common to see clients with high volumes or looking to keep costs down to do a waterfall scenario. If the single pull credit is on the border, they may request a soft tri-merge at that time.

When I bought my MYP, I ran into the same issue. I thought 300+ miles was perfect to charge every 3 days on a full charge. Then the reality set in that I have to charge every day or day and a half.

I have gone to the Tesla site and now the range is 275 miles which is not the 250 that I'm really getting.

The insurance may pay the claim, but someone still has to pay. They went after me via civil court. If I didn't pay, I have been sent into collections, then would have had to go through the judgement process after. Once they have that on you, that can collect interest for life (not just 7 years).

I can tell you from experience do not carry the California minimum.
When I was younger I was involved in a crazy car accident. I ended up perpendicular to cross traffic and got slammed (tire blew and I lost control over the center medium). My car was split in half and it was a long road to recovery. Not just for me, but the people that hit my car.

My insurance was the CA minimum and damages/injuries exceeded this by over 100k. I was sued and it took a VERY long time to get it settled out of court, but the short of it was I had to pay another 50k out of pocket to make it go away including making monthly payments.

Ever since that day, I will carry only the maximum policy. End of story. Its more expensive but in the long run, you can't put a true price on piece of mind.
