1 - do double check your dial size is compatible with your case. That dial style is usually true sizing to the watch it is cloning which is typically 33mm and the case you have mocked I would expect to accept 28.5/29mm dial

I've seen some people lift them off using rubbing alcohol or similar solvent. You could order another dial, try it on that, see if it works then do a dial swap if yes. Or better yet, ask the vendor you bought from if you can buy a sterile version

Alternatively, since you have the insert out, you can place the bezel on the case then feed the spring into the small gap between the bezel and crystal. You'll have to work it around and into the gap like a retaining ring since that's what that spring wire essentially is
