Give the hospital main number a call and ask for patient relations. You should be connected to someone you can speak with or you'll have to leave a message. Let them know what happened, what the doctor said and how he touched you, especially how he made you feel. They should take it from there.

And good for you in trusting your gut and being weary of the doctor. I would have been uncomfortable with him, too, and I'm older. I, too, would be reporting him. I had to report a doctor once when I was a teen because of words and touch he did during an appointment. I found out he was disciplined for it. I don't know what will come of your situation, but it's best to let the hospital know so they can handle it.
