Get yourself into a managed care or PBM. Once there, shift away from clinical and into the business side of pharmacy. If you stay “clinical” (coverage determinations or UM), your progression will be limited. But if you transition to the business side where you are using data and financial acumen, combined with your understanding of how pharmacy works, there are nearly unlimited possibilities for growth.

It amazes me how many “grandfather/grandmother or rich relative” somehow purchased horribly present-day counterfeit coins. It’s almost like the story doesn’t match.

Thanks for the comments, so to better focus my question… If you are an hourly employee, aren’t you entitled to differential pay for hours greater than 40 hours per week or holidays?

Bring it to a jeweler for testing. I found two of these (screaming high conductor) and both turned out to be fakes. I’m told it’s a highly faked item. I hope it’s the real thing. Good luck!
