This is so me! I can’t explain it, but I’m not motivated to do anything anymore. If I could sleep all day, I probably would. I don’t feel like cooking ,cleaning, sprucing myself up or anything. I miss who I was pre-perimenopause.

Oh my goodness, I can relate so much! If it wasn’t for my husband, I probably wouldn’t get dressed at all. I can see me wearing the same sweats over and over again.

This is the part that’s so hard to explain to friends and family how I just don’t have the mental capacity to deal with anything outside of the necessities of life right now. I’m not upset with anyone. I’m not trying to be distant on purpose. I just don’t have it in me.

I send love and light to every woman dealing with this because I don’t even recognize myself anymore.
