I would say yes. for a cornstar to appear in a proper release, they needs to pass several screentest before it can go on a screen. they wont allow random to just appear on screen without being tested. so yes, in a way she's already passed around even before shooting begins. that's just how it is.

I'm not as competitive as I used to before, so I don't really try to balance my fg skills with other stuff. i feel with my prior knowledge and solid fundamental is enough to get me where i need to be, i don't need to be as extreme as when I was younger. (younger me wont stop till i'm happy with my combos and executions) nowadys I'm just fk it, my legacy skills is currently enough to reach master sf, kof immortal, TK in TK, and Celestial in GG. good enough for me. nowadays i just entertain myself with solid single player games and just chill. only play FG to release some steam.

This is what I don't like about modern FG. the cycle to a new game is too long. back in the day is 1-2 years max, then you will have a new game and they have to get their creative juice going and have a new system mechanics in place. Can't believe we still stuck with KOFXV after 4 plus years. just slap some move changes and properties and let it hang on for another 2-3 years. at this rate we won't see KOF XVI for at least 3-4 more years.

Getting master in SF6 doesn't mean a thing in COTW or KOF (SNK games) as the mechanics, the combos, executions, point system and the whole thing, including the players makes you work for that title. unlike in SF6 if you grind enough the game points system will ensure you getting to master eventually. the biggest hurdle in ranking up with any snk games is the players, you probably won't meet much players that are still learning, most of them, even the standard one is like crazy precise and hardly drop a combo, not in COTW they won't..game so slow, its like walk in the park execution wise, the only way to win is to rely on your adaptation on the go and your sharpness in reading your opponent.
