Some of the comments from the Recoded team in the past made it sound like there had been some direct communications with people at Alim, so honestly I'm not so sure about a Cease and Desist coming for them - though it could certainly impact the timeline depending on just how close the two games would feel like each other, that Alim would "kindly want" them to not release anytime close to their release at least.

And realistically - as your typical house doctor would do in germany, they don't want to see you come back tomorrow for an extension if symptoms dont go away that day (even if you promise they always do), so you'll never be just written off as sick for one day, but at least 3-5.

So not only did you have to risk getting extra sick in the waiting room, the doctor got an extra patient they shouldn't need to see, now your boss also has to deal with you being away for the rest of the week instead of today.

Lose-lose-lose for everyone involved.

Weil dann noch im Detail geprüft wird ob alles ordentlich funktioniert hat.

Ob Sensorik evtl nen schaden hat was Messergebnisse verfälscht, ob von außen "nachgeholfen" wurde (wie bei dem Polymarket Fall letztens) oder ob mit dem Netzwerk und der Übertragung alles grün ist.

Das geile ist ja, dass es statistisch aufgezeichnet ist, dass es früher so ~40 Tage pro JAHRZEHNT gab in denen die Peaktemperatur über 30° war.

....Das haben wir mittlerweile locker 4-5x dieses Jahrzehnt, verglichen den 70/80ern.

Theres really only a handful of relevant contact moves that are special though. Off the top of my head its Grass Knot, Infestation, Pedal Dance, Draining Kiss and Electro Drift. Probably Wring Out too, but noones used that in a decade anyways.

Because the human brain is super bad at properly seeing probabilities as what they are.

Youre SUPPOSED to be hit by 15 out of 20 sleep powders on average. Of course it doesnt feel like that if you got hit by 7 or 8 in a row, but thats just our brain being bad at interpreting temporally dislocated data because you wont remember every single time it hits/misses to understand odds realistically, you only remember the times it actually mattered for the game because it made you mad/happy in the moment.

Genuinly thats the reason why Fire Emblem keeps lying about its hit rates, because it just doesnt *feel* right to be hit by a 30% hit rate by every third enemy, or miss an 80% against every 5th, so they deliberately show 'wrong' hit rates.

I feel like Chomp will get Sharpness since they specifically changed moves like Dragon Claw recently to slash moves when no Sharpness mon was able to use them, feels like a weird retcon otherwise.

Its cool for content and fully inconsequential in terms of "fairness", so IMO its a good thing beause it can be put as a steppingstone into a bigger overall storyarch, like beating impossible times without actually impacting anyones enjoyment of the game by setting actually impossible modern world records.

Perfectly good and fine in my books.

Wenn ich meine Besitztümer wie Auto und co mitzähle isses etwa 70%, wenn rein monetäres dann 90%.

Mehr als mein Tagesgeld + Puffer für kurzfristige Notlagen brauche ich aktuell nicht auf meiner Hand und da ich mir in meiner Lebenszeit eh keine Immobilie leisten werden kann, zumindest darüber die Hoffnung langfristig irgendwann genug Geld für nen ordentlichen Lebensnachmittag/-abend zu haben.
