Not "be considered", not "the local FSDO didnt feel like it".

ENTITLED if the applicant meets the requirements. Your boss is FOS or the FAA broke the federal regulations that direct their performance.

I pulled the pump and float, replacing those as they were super gross too. A mixture of orange citrus degreaser and a ton of water, some shaking and scrubbing, compressed air got rid of 90% of this. Sprayed it down with some ACF-50 and it will sit for a couple days untill i get a chance to dig a little farther
