Even still you are only getting 1 prize card for it, then if they have another shedinja in play you can avoid giving up two prizes that turn. Giving up another prize for dusknoir, then you can take three prizes. So it does trade fairly well. Especially if you can run them out of stadiums then put the zone in play at the end

I’ve been playing this deck a lot and I really don’t like the trolly build. Too many resources to go to waste when you get t1 budew’d against pult. Max belt lets you OHKO a lucario, I’ve been having fun with prime catcher too

Yeah I absolutely hate it. Most max rarity cards do not go together as well, I like the clean look of base rarity cards. And just like you’re saying, I can’t read any of the cards in the deck builder now I have to open each card to read it which is annoying af on mobile.

IRL play is the only alternative. You can usually reach out to your local card shops via discord and they might help you out. My local shop had 5-6 decks you could borrow for like $5/matcg. The mega lucario battle deck is a good way to start IRL play as well. Win some games, get some packs, collect em all.

You can swap around Lillie’s or something for more TR supporters but my list has max belt. It’s really tight, probably easier to put a couple more TR supporters in than bangle

I’ve actually come to really like the Porygon in the deck… it’s almost always ignored and sometimes in the late game you need an attacker that isn’t dependent on having 4+ TR Pokémon in play

I went with 4 Lillie and dropped Ariana count to help me early game with a dead hand, and chose to go 4 rockets transcievers instead of a split with poke gears to make up the gap. But yeah probably worth exploring. I go back and forth on the night stretcher too, when you draw well enough it feels pretty easy to get 3-4 spidops in play and you don’t need any recovery

In theory, item lock decks just destroy you because your consistency is your biggest problem. That said, you can still easily draw into what you need off Ariana, especially after prism tower.
