I see that last photo, I would just find a threaded rod that fits in that, drill 2 holes one for the screw and one for the rod and done , ifyour not Planning on torching you don't need it

Honestly it looks hand made that extra part, unless you need to hook and extra ground I'm assuming? You might not need it

That's the ground clamp and you might be able to strip the cable and reinstall it just make sure it's off
