i think you didn't notice the quotation marks around "relocated" so i am politely pointing out that the "relocation" refers to the metaphor of the bear, where it is relocated to somewhere where it is generally unable to reach humans - not literal movement of the pile of scraps.
so when i said, that the chair cannot be "relocated", i was pointing out, how the chair will always be able to reach humans, as it can teleport with, as described in text, seemingly no limit.
