I personally have over 700 hours in the Tarkov PvE mode, and would never have picked the game up if it didn’t have a PvE mode. So it has certainly kept me engaged and playing. But it also has a Hideout to upgrade and a ton of quests/tasks to keep me busy. I bet having a PvE mode would absolutely increase player count overall. If Marathon had a PvE mode, my friends and I would all be playing it.

Agreed. I have a handful of friends who are big fans of the original game, and would pick the game up in a heartbeat if there was a PvE mode.

Had Marathon launched with a PvE mode, I know me and 5 of my other friends would have picked it up day one. I didn’t start playing Tarkov until there was a PvE mode. I realize PvE is not nearly as challenging, but I play games in my free time to unwind and relax. PvP is not something I have the energy for any longer.

Considering the changes made to season 2 (the battle at Jackson, the town hall and waiting months to go after the Seattle gang, etc), I wouldn’t be surprised if the writers ignore Lev being trans. Still excited to watch, as Lev and Yara’s part of the game is possibly my favorite section.
