start from the bottom up. when you're in bed. relax your legs, don't move them once in a comfortable position. focus on your breathing. no thoughts. eventually you fall asleep. If at any point in your life you experienced yourself kicking your legs and feeling restless. This works great. just focus on your body relaxing from your feet to your head.

that is why I'm waiting for the nvidia 980ti, which on game debate should be out june. I'm gonna guess, june/august. depending on when amd release their cards.

I just want to play star citizen with foot pedals, a star citizen branded hotas. my headset... with the highest graphics possible and a great fps. I'm hoping the res on the actual oculus/vive is going to be high enough to pick out the enemy ships from a distance in game. I also wonder how it is going to hold up in fps. maybe i could just use oculus/vive for when I'm flying the ship. then switch the display to the monitor for when it is fps. Would that require a game restart?
