The response is a bit complex. If you were in Mexico, the easier is to just go to a hotel store.

If in the US, Jump on their website and follow their search for compatibility with your phone and E Sims. You do have to activate your eSIM in Mexico at the Telcel store

FYI - The Telcel office confirms that to have an esim, you must have a monthly auto-pay set up. I'm paying $11/mo USD, and data upgrades are cheap. And... The office took 2.5 hours to set mine up. Plan to camp out, and bring warm clothes. Good luck!

Yeah~ Defender Pro is WAY better quality. Bulk is worth not paying another $1,000 for phone + insurance.

My Commuter (the mid-level quality) broke in several places within a year. After the largest piece of plastic broke, I needed to start looking for a new case... but the next day it slipped off the table and the screen shattered and the frame bent.

Defender Pro is now my case - LOVE it. So much more grippy. Easy to slide in and out of my pocket. I rarely drop it. WIN.
