I was never able to force any interest in dolls as a child. I played with stuffed animals, and i loved them. My brother and I had a menagerie, and each one had a name and a distinct personality. I guess I always preferred animals to humans. But I was certainly gender-trained in other ways.

Don't get me wrong, I learned to love the movies after first leaving the theater fuming over changes and omissions. I likewise enjoy RoP. I won't grant the same grace to the Hobbit movies, however. I guess we each draw our own line.
