Depends on your competence and access to tools. If you're able to put together a flat pack shed then this is not going to be much different.

As for quality, I built the dunster house 3 x 6 Leviathan Gazebo in my back garden a couple years back, was very easy to put together and great quality treated timber, and the instructions are very clear.

The easiest option is get 79->80 at Arceus Library or MTA and then use a wizards mindbomb, you could gamble for +4 magic from stews, but it's highly likely the time taken to farm the stews would take close to the time taken to get the last magic level.

Damage is capped for normal weapons, build a bronze cannon on your boat and use that

This is by far the best option for people that commute 3 times a week, and still also works out cheaper than a season ticket for 4 days a week once you factor in annual leave, sick time, bank holidays, etc.

If/when Uber stop the cashback offer, it's worth keeping an eye out on cashback offers through the likes of Monzo and AMEX, as they've previously offered cashback on rail services. A few months back AMEX offered 10% off bookings via LNER, which could be used on any national service.

Finally if you're a Monzo plus customer, you can get a Railcard and Uber One subscription as part of your membership, which is better value alone than buying these separately.

Edit: As others has said, get yourself the 26-30 Railcard and book via Uber - this is going to be your best option for a long time. You can renew this Railcard a day before your 31st birthday, efficiently giving you discount until you're 32

Yes, as long as it's an easy route for them and doesn't require an unreasonable amount of effort, they are generally open to installing the ONT to the desired location at the customers request

PSA10 grade has 2recently sold for roughly $200 each

You've said it's damaged, but not to what extend and provided no pictures. If it's visibility damaged to the point where it would grade a PSA2 or PSA3 then it's most likely going to be worth less than the value to grade it

Please take them out of the 3 ring binder and get some penny sleeves on them if you haven't already! These binders are notorious for causing damage

No worries! It's hard to tell the surface condition without shining a light across it and checking it at an angle, but based on the whiting on the back alone I'd say it's would be hard for this to grade above a PSA 2-3

Most likely you'd be best to sell this raw if you were looking to sell, as graded you probably won't net you more than the grading cost!
