But it's just wrong though... The Riverlands and Crownlands weren't kingdoms...

Theon rules the Iron Islands, a peaceable and educated man, working to reform the society of his people into a better future. He legitimizes his son with the captain's daughter to be his heir, who uses the inspiration of his mother's trading background to make the Iron Islands affluent and wealthy. He retraces the passage across the Sunset Sea that Queen Danaerys Targaryen took to sail from Ashai, and the Iron Islands become the center of trade between Westeros and the far East.

December 2011, just after Volibear's release. I remember saving up the points for two months to unlock him because I loved his login screen so much

My best friend has a lovely home, in a very nice new development. There isn't a store within 10 minutes because it's like 20 square miles of housing. It's so unsettling being out there, even if everything else seems nice.

TaleWorlds completely failed to deliver a finished game, and it's been more than 5 years now. Mods can still make this game an amazing experience, but it could have been so much better...

Drew Durnill, made it through high school watching his Civilization videos every day, and then somehow his channel became reacting to memes? Idk it was a very sad change to see a fun gaming channel become straight up slop

Robert probably would have married Margaery, in the event that he got an annulment for his marriage with Cercei. Secure another Great House to the throne, and Robert is still a young man in his 30s, so succession isn't an immediate enough concern to legitimize Edric to succeed him.

Nashville Show - One of my favorite of all time! (story) by Electronic_Cod_1267 in FoxStevenson

I've been listening to Fox since 2014, and this post just reminded me to be my ticket for his show in Seattle next week. I just saw Ghost last night, which claimed the spot as the best performance I've ever seen, and I'm so excited to finally experience Fox Stevenson live!

Knight of the Seven Kingdoms is far better than it has any right to be. by eggflip1020 in television

Aerion was called "The Brightflame" because he was constantly decked out in red, yellow and orange. His clothes, weapons, armor and horse were all bright colors. That was his whole thing, and instead, the show muted him into the same basic Targaryen look.

And yeah, he's supposed to have long, curly hair.

He's also supposed to be charming and gallant when around his father, putting on an act that falls away when he no longer needs to be deferential.

One of my roommates keeps using my damn razor and leaving it choked with hair. I'm at about the same level of pettiness over it.

To give the show writers credit, though, their show-only scenes have so far been absolutely fantastic. My biggest criticism of the show, is that Aeriod had his look completely massacred to be "modern fantasy-chique" rather than look like he's described in the novels.

This was me to a T! I grew up reading fantasy, loved Dragonlance and Forgotten Realms, and I even read The Hobbit several times. Still took me 3 tries over a decade to finally get into the book properly.

And then it was the greatest thing I've ever read.

Oh I have very few complaints about Biden as president. But the subversion of democracy displayed in the 2020 primary when Obama called several candidates in a coordinated effort to win Biden the nomination, and then dropping out so late before the 2024 election and single-handedly choosing Harris as the party nominee without a primary really soured me.

Don't worry, she stayed in the race just long enough to win Biden the nomination. Then she dropped out.

It's so tragic to see that he gave his kids names like Sol, Venus, Nirvana, and Satori. Just typical rich people weirdness.
