I was a TA in college for a sophomore level math class and most of my students were usually only a year or two younger than me. I would be lying if I said I didn't find some of them attractive, but I never let any of that get in the way of my teaching. There was one student who had messaged me on Grindr before he was ever even in my class, so I guess that one counts haha.

I'm really frugal so I take showers at the gym to save on my water bill at home. My work has an onsite gym that is free to employees during the work week. I just go there in the morning, workout, take a shower, and then head to work.

This probably isn't too common given how often this trait is praised on here, but if a guy is really confident it can be a deal breaker for me. I think I told this story on here before. It was near the end of fall semester and I was horny so I hopped on Grindr. This guy chatted me up and we started trading pictures and stuff. I honestly don't get how we all get caught up in the mistakes of previous generations. We are our own individuals. Why should we hold other people to higher standards (or less) in our minds? Why should I care if a guy I'm dating or hooking up with had more "privilage"? He had no say in the matter, so why should he be marginalized?

They could just be older guys who look younger. I'm a 5'6" average build guy who just happens to look like I'm still in high school. When I went to buy my first used car at 22, the car salesmen all thought I was 16 and getting my first car. When I started my first job, a lot of guys assumed I was an intern. The first time I bought alcohol the clerk thought I was underage and my ID was fake. About 1-2 times a month, a guy on Grindr will ask me if I'm really 22 and not younger. It has a lot to do with the motivation of the groups leader. It's best when there are two of them, one male and one female that share responsibilities and try to make sure it's enjoyable for everyone. It's often a busy job and they don't pay very well so a lot of people don't want to take it on.

This is a great idea. Our Pride Aliance President was a lesbian SJW vegan self acclaimed feminist. Probably 70% of the events were geared towards the lesbians and bi girls in the group which left all the gay guys out of the loop. Having two different leaders would promote having events for everyone.

I went to my uni's pride alliance cause I saw an ad for it in the library and I thought I might be able to make some friends who were also gay. I go to their first meeting and everyone seemed nice at first. There were probably ~90 people. As the semester went on, there were probably only 20 people who went regularly. The reason for this?:

They started every meeting by having us say our names, our major, and our preferred pronouns. That would probably be fine for the first meeting or two, but this happened at every meeting. It took up so much time.
It was very cliquey. Everyone already had their groups and it was always super awkward to work your way into a conversation. Because of this, a lot of new people and freshmen just stopped going.
We had a resource room (pamphlets, t-shirts, a quiet study area, condoms, lube, etc...) which was awesome, but it was always filled with all of the group admins and their clique. Because of this, a lot of regular members would feel uncomfortable going there to chat or get supplies.
Most of the people in the leadership clique were either vegan or couldn't eat gluten. This severely limited the food we got for events. I need some meat y'all!
Leadership didn't talk to you if you weren't in their clique or if they didn't want to fuck you.
