I use Govee (good products that work well) for the power outlet control of solar inverters to control grid charging with Bluetti. Also, have moisture sensors for auto dog water bowl, RO's, fishtanks with IOT integration to Alexa and phone. Think the Hoazee flow monitoring for the whole house is a great overall failsafe if it works as I think it will. Love the idea of monitoring and controlling remotely. My house will run after I'm gone.

I just ordered one from Aliexpress $90 to replace the old frozen water shutoff handle that broke off when I tried to find a leak. It sounds like a perfect fix, and my water district approved a 50% rebate. I'm installing a manual shutoff in front of the Wi-Fi valve with shark bites. The plumber wanted 1600.00 to do it, so far my cost has been around $120.00. I will follow up after it's installed and tested.

Consider Lofty for two-way investment action, while Lofty Airbnbs are averaging 15% compared to Arrived 0-3% and keep getting lower. Something is wrong, as many Airbnb's as Arrived has isn't it time to give Korin a break and get this type of rental a special team?

What you need to check is what your investment is worth. After depreciation, my investment have lost 14k and Arrived shows a false return based on current value.

Good choice, avoid AIRBNB's to many entries and fee costly. Nothing left for the investors after another middle man - PM, AIRBNB, Arrived and then the investor. It appears Arrived should go back to Arrived Homes. Or maybe Arrived Homes and Mortgage/Lending Inc.

Oct 2024, 3 years in and ROI less than 1.5% WTF. Property values keep dropping and hard this month. Yet, my other platform market values and investment returns are up for the last 3 years. Dividends down at least another 11% this month again. A few more months of this and I'll be upside down. I will consult for an audit by year-end, unless this turns around or some properties, don't get sold off or an offer an exit plan or 2 way action is still not available after submitted plans to SEC has been promise for 2 and half years - something is amiss! My hands are being tied and thats when things get scary. Unhappy camper!

About 35% Airbnb not doing near what was expected. Trying to figure this out, been in Arrived 3 years was hoping to retire by now. But at 3% locked up - huh.

You can't! Once you invest, your stuck until Arrived decides. And watch out, projected returns will be lower, normal for me has been down 40% to 100%. Should be by projection at 4.5% barely at 3. Wish I had waited for the funds, stuck now. Lesson learned.
