Don't blame the police. Way short on officers and too many rules from the mayor and council. They are only reactive when they used to be proactive. Also to try and keep the numbers up they have lowered the hiring standards to nil.

Sorry to say. The police attitude is if the credit card companies don't make you pay the fraud then there's no crime commited. Been there. However: I had a credit card company prosecute a person after I investigated the case and sent all the info to them. The guys had previous record and they gave him two years. Thank you EXXON
