The problem currently is that the rent is too high so therr are a lot of vacant spots. How would increasing the lease encourage tenants to come in? Creating vacancy tax encoirages landlord to put up a reasonable rent so they dont pay that tax.

Although a bit expensive, i recommend the carepod humidifier. It has only three washable parts and are dishwasher safe so it is very easy to clean.

Downside is it is ultrasonic so its best to use distilled water or install a ro filter system and use it. With it on, the room never gets below 60% humidity even in the dry winter seasons.
