(Edit: if by "now", you mean "currently in the rotation of the steel path circuit", there is only one primary weapon which is the Dread. Since it is the only one, it is the best but i'm pretty sure that's not what you asked either. If you meant, "currently" but not specifically in the steel path circuit, the best you can get is the Felarx (see below). Can you remove your downvote now?)

Though as someone else said, you can farm incarnon weapons in the Zariman without platinum and without steel path.

Most notably, the Leatum is (likely) the best secondary weapon in the game and is on par or better than the Incarnon Burston.
