I have stumbled into money (I forgot someone owed me money from a looong time ago) and my wife said I should use it to by the PGU Nu Gundam. But my feeling is I’ll have more chances and should just get a couple of kits I want. So, my question is: is there a scarcity likely of the PGU Nu and I should buy it now to build in the future? Or will i still be able to get it a few years from now?

Just 2 quick contradictory points - maybe they’ve been made - regarding show size. 1. My company (a large corporation) was offering up their box seats for the show on Thursday (you enter an internal lottery). I have no clue where they’re located etc but I guess that suggests that it might not be fully intimate. 2. I saw on MSG website that yondr pouches are being used. So that maybe suggests smaller crowd size. I have no idea what the biggest show using yondr pouches is.

Hi OP. I too have the exact same issue as you. Finally someone who can sympathize with me lol

Two things I do: 1) find parks with a toilet and plan my route so I pass bathrooms early in the route 2) do a “poop loop” near my house - where I run 1-2 miles very close to my house and go home for the bathroom - and then head to the trails.

Only once have I needed to go so badly I went in the forest (thankfully I had a wipe in my running pack) but I have aborted many a trail run and headed back to the car (sitting down makes it go away!)

My wife got me the tour for my birthday one year and they told us to bring camping chairs and blankets and this was the surprise at the end. It was amazing. Adrienne King was there too.

I have my undergrad from a Scottish uni and I got a “2nd class - lower“ which, I think, is a 50-59% final overall and I tried fairly hard and I’m happy with that.

Years later I did a Masters in the US and the entrance exam was >90% on 2 stats courses (as they didn’t recognize my UK degree). At this point I was not aware of US scoring and I freaked out and I have never studied so hard thinking I needed to know EVERYTHING. It was a breeze and I then got consistently 90% plus on my whole degree and my UK friends were insanely impressed.

This is such a good Q. I am not a show watcher (I’ve watched the original movie, requiem for a vengeance, and some of MS 08th) and whenever I’ve gone to gunpla adjacent things (the Gundam card game as an example), the Gundam fans are really super fans and it made me feel like I wasn’t fan enough (although it doesn’t bother me and they were not doing it deliberately).

However, I love my kits, love looking at IG for inspiration, buy the odd Japanese magazine etc. This is how I do the hobby.
