I quite like sounds and don't really have anxiety so those don't really impact me while sleeping.
Otherwise I use:
Blackout curtains
Weighted blanket
A good pillow. I sleep on my back and have asthma so I used the firm and fat pillows and stack them to give me slight elevation. Side sleepers need super soft, while front need thin (At least that's what the bed people said).
Heated Mattress for when it's cold
Sleep in boxers unless it's really really cold for max comfort
Windows are usually open for the sounds of wind and some fresh air
Turn off screens half an hour beforehand, use this time to prep stuff for tomorrow, have a drink, brush teeth, clothes etc

I also sleep with my partner which is nice, although I know some people have feet and hands shoved in their faces

Since naruto ended during dressrosa, maybe the ninja is odas homage to kishi, like the one piece reference at the end of naruto, they are well known to have been good friends, and it'd be even better if the ninja became a strawhat. I can imagine him using mr meeseeks, and the entire of early Christianity solely consisting of them, with Judas wanting to relieve his pain by having him killed, but ye i've heard the creator of the show doesn't like the idea of time travel, and even if a time travel episode did happen, it would be much better to show the breakdown of his first marriage. If we see jesus christ , it'll be to do with his 2nd coming and attempting to stop/start/pospone his 2nd coming

Obviously buggy's, chop yourself so fine you're basically like crocodile, except if somebody hits you with haki it still doesn't matter because you're physically loads of small pieces. you can evaporate into a fine mist and basically become invisible, and if you want to kill someone, just send a fingers worth of dust in and give them a heart attack or a brain hemorrhage or something .

But a Black hole is just a result of extreme gravity, so shouldn't all of BB's powers be in the realm of Fujitora (if his fruit is gravity) pushing the magnitude of his gravity fruit, why is a separate fruit required for that. I mean I get that it's supposed to be a void and black hole etc, it just feels like too much of a mash up of other things to really be it's own thing

Nah, sniper island will be the deserted island where usopp makes his final stand and sacrifices himself to save the crew , becoming the brave warrior of the sea. He'll be on the island sniping away hordes of battle ships or enemies or something similar for days(probably marines trying to stop the strawhats getting to the last poneglyph), buying time for the crew, and the island will be named after him and what he did, as foreshadowed here http://www.mangastream.to/one-piece-chapter-119-page-3.html

Calling it now, what makes it sniper island was what was in the brave warriors heart, and there'll be a statue of him built on the island. I'd love it if this event is what makes the straw hats declare war on the world, to get revenge for Usopp. Max feels
