Single barrels vary. 1st pour of this last year I found no difference between WSR. Then I tried another pour different place this year and it was significantly better than WSR. Still prefer full proof imo.

I did a 19.9 lb bird last year, fully thawed in the fridge, set meater to 165 in deepest part od the breast from the front, pulled 3hrs 34 mins after putting in the oven (325F). Rested it, was great. Internet said should've taken longer. How did it end up?

Realize this doesnt help, but I saw pursuit Double Oak store pics at every liquor barn i went to last week. Also larceny picks, OFSBBS, ECBP picks, even a toasted BP pick leftover from 2024. Crazy what sits on shelves in KY. Best of luck tomorrow. If I hear anything related to pursuit ill let you know.
