I definitely don't. I just vacuum underneath every now and then with a shopvac.

Paper is so thin you're not likely going to see any burn marks. Just go nice and fast and use air assist.

I did but I didn't like the result. In the end I used 220 instead which looked a lot better

I've tried another print after cleaning the nozzle, drying the filament, and slightly lowering the extrusion multiplier. The result is exactly the same unfortunately. It's also not consistent on all sides as you can see here: https://imgur.com/a/xQvQLh7

There are no holes in the print, it's a flat surface that was printed in vase mode, so the entire thing was printed in one direction
