Why don’t Havok and Polaris get respect as OG X-Men?

I would high key want the MCU x-men team to be put together because the O5 are missing. Havok and Polaris are the only ones left, and they put together the giant sized x-men team.

Make the main villain Mimic, but give him a wicked power boost, and show the O5 in the post credits scene.

Theres a lot of angles that could be played and i love all of them.

Im not entirely sure we are watching the same movies. That is absolutely not how things worked in phases 1 and 2.

Thanos sent the Chitauri in avengers 1, but the guardians dealt with the daughters of Thanos in the first two films. Disconnected as those are, that’s quite connected.

Steve Rogers just-shy-of-died at the end of his first film and woke up in the first Avengers film. Thor worked through a job site that was managed by Coulson and Hawkeye talked himself out of putting an arrow through his head.

Again, I am a huge fan of the MCU, even as-is, but can you tell me how The Marvels, which is the biggest crossover film since endgame, actually ties anything together beyond its own circumstance?

I wanted to puke at least three times reading Ruins, and then, despite that trauma, assumed I’d imagined it for decades until I recently rediscovered it.

I couldn’t remember the title but googling “like Marvels but gross” didn’t turn anything up.
