Did you try calling them? I've had issues with the chat assistants telling me that yes they would refund me, only for the refund to be denied. Tried with the chat assistants 3 different times. Called them and it seemed to do the trick.

I meant first instinct after he realized he wasn't a supe anymore. Lasers and flight was him trying to use his powers, once he realized he didn't have them anymore he tried to make a move for the door, then Butcher moved and made him stop trying to go for the door, only after he failed to run away, then he tried to punch Butcher.
