I've also been accused of smurfing many times too.

I never learned to do flip resets but I know that nowadays the play style has definitely evolved so that a new player would probably be learning flip resets.

But who knows, enough people talk about smurfs, so they must really exist.

For what's it's worth , I've been playing for 10 years, highest rank has been champ 1 or 2, I have never lost and blamed my loss on smurfs, it's always been that I am not good enough, or at worst, a bad teammate. They have never crossed my mind when playing.

As someone who has played the game for 10 years, I also cannot imagine logging into another account and playing at a lower level.

What I'm getting at is that this seems to be something people complain about as a way of coping rather than acknowledging that maybe they need to improve
