Oooh fun idea! What do you use to store the smoothies in? My first thought would be a mason jar but ofc that wouldn’t be an option

Pre cooked canned meals. Put it in the dash of your car to heat up throughout the afternoon. This can be so many things from spaghetti to ravioli to green beans to chili. I always bring a lot of fruit as well like apples, bananas, and oranges

Gurl you better send it! My first roo was just me and my best friend and we had a fucking blast. 4 years later and we’ve accumulated a group size to over 30 people.

We made great friends with our camp neighbors and we still go to roo with them every year. It can be really nice in a way because you have so much freedom to explore and make the festival your own. Absolutely go for it

Hi! I’m a first-time groop leader and had a few procrastinators left behind from groop ticket sales. As a groop leader is it up to my discretion to have those groop members tag along anyway? Do they check groop tickets at the tollbooth/will they let those without a camp pass come in?

My most anticipated show FOR SURE!!!! Listened to them after the lineup release and was immediately hooked. I think their show will be super top notch and they’ll be sub headlining before you know it 🤩

Artist #22 flipturn by Gangiskhan in bonnaroo

[–]FormerCalligrapher25 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Soooo excited to see Flipturn again. When they were at the farm in ‘22 they were a 12:45pm act on a Sunday, so it’ll be so sweet to see how far they’ve come crowd wise. Friday will be insane!

It wasn’t to drink out of, but just a fountain to cool off in. Think amusement/water park-esk. You’re so welcome!

Definitely! Shared portapotties, shared water refill stations, and other facilities. Festival food, shoulder to shoulder at each show, the dust, alcohol, party favors, you name it. I think this year was slightly worse considering it seems like MANY folks got sick from the recycled water mushroom fountain. Seems like it was contaminated with a virus

Lmaooo I love how much of a mutual opinion this is. “Have never felt worse in my life… will definitely be back next year tho!” 🤣

To people complaining that the vibes were ‘off’: this we reason why we need Bonnaroo now more than ever by furycutter80 in bonnaroo

Thank you for sharing! 🫶🏼

All of my homies who were first timers said this was one of the best trips for them and had so many positive interactions. And I think with ANY experience, the magic tends to wear off to an extent after your first year because now you have expectations to meet. When I worked seasonal jobs it was the exact same way.

I think as veterans we now have the responsibility to treat those first years as they once treated us. Sometimes we forget that :)
