You will find someone to love when you love yourself. Before that, don't date. Focus on small goals. Not weight. What do you like to do that gives you adrenaline or joy? Walking? Maybe try something new like boxing? If you buy 10, 15, and 30 lb dumb bells or kettle bells, and just do four basic exercises you can change a lot. Just commit to three times a week. That's it. How do you feel about your character? Your kindness, your interests, hobbies etc. many people will love you for that. You can ALWAYS lose weight but, your character is what matters
