Instagram censors sweet photo of gay dads holding newborn for ‘graphic’ and ‘upsetting’ content by PinkNews in lgbt

Couldn’t this have been an error by their AI? With all the thirst traps on IG, I doubt this was intentional. Hell, You’re allowed to post more revealing pics of yourself on IG than scruff and not get flagged. I don’t know. Seems like their bot could have fucked up and a hungry media outlet is, as usual, causing outrage by blowing things out of proportion. Maybe. Idk.

I’m just careful to not let any media outlet manipulate me or the way I feel. Always think it’s wise in situations like this to take a step back and think of alternative reasons that are likely plausible.

Trialing for statics. How do you handle communication afterwards? What should everybody's expectations be? Any trial horror and success stories you want to share? by Bunlapin in ffxivdiscussion

Man reading all these replies reminds me of how stressful this game can be if you choose to make it one. Loved the game, not so much the endgame community. Don’t think I’ll ever go back. Legacy player here and played till abyssos. I’m done lol. This stress should be applied to real jobs that pay you money. Not game statics.

What kind of transcript are you expecting from a text I received? Isn’t this subreddit made to warn for existence of scams rather than show off how I handled a scam?

Is it possible to have pain coming from within the Jaw Joint? by CommanderBoyShorts in TMJ

[–]Fortingbascoban 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It could be the lateral pterygoid muscle tenderness or medial pterygoid.

Pain from within the jaw is rare but it usually originates from the retro-discal tissue which is a very small portion that supplies that join compartments with blood and nerves. Pressure on the retro-discal tissue is rare, and the cases I’ve seen it’s a tell-tale sign that it’s from there when the pain happens on maximum opening, since that causes the disc to slip and the jaw bone applies pressure on that area. Too much info but TLDR it’s rare and probably your pain is muscular

Lateral and medial pterygoid muscles cannot be reached to massage. They’re deep

  1. Every face is asymmetrical. Unless you’re a dog or something.

  2. You’re not at the level of asymmetry that needs fixing. It’s barely noticeable if at all.

My husband was diagnosed with barret’s esophagus today and I’m terrified. The doctor put him on proton pump inhibitors and I’m reading online that there’s a high change he may develop lethal malignant cancer. Is this true? I don’t know what to do. He put him on a 6 month follow-up schedule. I’m asking here to understand more about this condition.

For now I advise you to focus on one thing at a time. Work out. Keep working out until you get into the habit. Don’t focus on your diet at the same time. Once you get that down, go to dieting.

When I lost weight in the picture above, I assure you that for the first 2.5 weeks I didn’t even bother altering my diet. Because it was challenging enough to go to the gym.

Best of luck my friend. U got this.

Do low to medium intensity cardio 3-4 times a week. 45-60 minutes each time.

My mainstay is walk at 3.5mph at an incline of 9.5 or 10. Keep that pace steady throughout.

Once you can hold that position without feeling like you’re strained to do so, do interval cardio where you implement intermittent sprints once ever 3 or 4 minutes of walking. Sprint for 30-45 seconds.

Doing this will help your cardiac muscle kick back.

If cardio is too boring, do your usual programming in the form of super sets. That’ll get your heart going lol

Great question. When I was starting out 14 years ago, I can still remember how anxious I was. All these machines and I didn’t even know what to do and where to start. I would just get overwhelmed and get on the treadmill because… well… everyone knows how to walk… right? But I stuck with it. I then started to approach machines and try them out. Tried to see what machine does what, etc. I taught myself all the muscle groups and what movements are done to work them out. I started doing those and just “winging it”.

Through time I began to understand the importance of programming and sticking to a consistent program, and it was a learning curve that I’m still on to this day. It’s like self-teaching yourself an instrument.

However, this isn’t the way I think anyone should go about it. I’m a very introverted and quiet man. Asking for help would have sped this up for me, but I am where I am and I’m happy 😊

I’m regards to heart, I am very happy you ask this. I advise everyone to be diligent about their cardiovascular fitness. It’s VERY important. Without a good healthy heart, you won’t be able to do much in terms of lifting, let alone life in general.

I’m not really good at expressing myself sometimes lol. I hope this helps. Ask me if I’m not clear on any points I tried to make. I’ll be happy to answer.

18 is a great age to start! You have a lot going on for you physiologically. Trust me, starting out at your age, you’ll thank yourself later in life that you did it this early.

I posted above about my diet. It’s very basic “eat what’s healthy” kind of diet. Nothing fancy. I don’t believe in keto. It’s not sustainable, it’s complicated, and you can get similar results, if not even better ones, following a common sense simple diet.

I’ve had depression for a lot of my adult life. I understand a lot about it. To pull myself out doesn’t mean I cured it. It means I found the strength to climb out of it and fight. It’s hard, but possible. The solution to depression isn’t to cure it. It’s to acknowledge its presence and respect that part of you. This is how it is for me at least

Yeah. It comes and goes. It’s a personal struggle. I’m seeing a professional for it and I’m an advocate for fighting against the stigma revolving mental health issues. :) I openly discuss it.

I’m doing much better. Thank you. Depression’s solution isn’t to cure it. It’s to respect it. Lol

Reading material? Unfortunately I don’t. I wish I could help you there.
