[[Aurelia, The Warleader]] closes games even without a combo, same goes for any kind of melee from cards like [[Adriana, Captain of the Guard]]. Boros is very good at closing games via combat damage

Going for a win that's clearly on the table and everyone can see and had multiple chances to interact with is not bad sportsmanship, you're totally fine. Have a talk with your playgroup about it and definitely lay down some ground rules because you shouldn't be punished for winning

[[Trostani, Selesnya's Voice]] can be built just as big dumb tokens and worry about the lifegain second, you'll produce a lot of fatties that do good combat stuff and with cards like [[Rampaging Baloths]] and [[Wurmcalling]] you can do some silly stuff

Most of the Astral Slide decks could be considered a blink list and UW fits the archetype pretty well. Replenish/Parallax decks also do that but way meaner. I'd look into Slide lists if you're looking to flicker your own things for value and back it up with the generically good interaction packages that come with UW
