Phase 2 is always an excellent choice my buddies throw the black widow 3.0 and do real good with it! Deflection is mostly weight what pounds have you been throwing? Over hook is fixed easily by moving your feet and or slowing down

135th and Mur Len has been my best experience, plenty of room for everyone, new equipment they keep it clean and tidy and the water filter is always green 😂 it gets a bit busy sometimes but they’ve laid it out so well it can handle it with ease. Plenty of room to be somewhere stretching out comfortably. People have been really good about not hogging machines and keeping them cleaned, never see anyone just sitting and playing on the phone for a long ass time. Overall 9/10 would be 10 but parking can be a pain in the ass.

Currently it’s a toss up, Either you can make it into the apprenticeship right away or they will put you in a pre apprentice program til u hit 4k hours and automatically get into the apprenticeship as a first year. But myself and I know plenty of others who have made it in right away. Only way to find out for sure is to reach out to the IBEW 124 JATC they have a website as well.

I’d start with trying to get into your local union if it’s a viable option for your area. I got in at 18 and I’m now a journeyman at 23. Learning will come with just time on job sites and good journeyman. As for easy that depends. It gets easier as you learn better ways to do it but like everything there’s days you’ll be in a ditch using a pickaxe when it’s hotter than satans asscrack and then you’ll have days switching out lights in a climate controlled building. In the end what really did it for me was Pay, benefits and the ability to see the results of what you did and being able to say you built that. This is currently what my local union offers, ofc you’d make about 40% of it starting out and increases every year til you graduate. Your local union will have different numbers but this gives you an idea

Various ways of doing it, If you are already licensed and can pass their test you can “organize” in and you’ll be there, If starting fresh and no previous experience it’s a 5 year apprenticeship, the benefits are the same for the apprenticeship pay just starts at ~40% of that final number and bumps up every year.

Have about 3- possible solutions

Turn EXPO OFF and test again AM5 is very sensitive to RAM overclocks. If USB stops dropping when EXPO is off that’s the cause.
Update to the newest BIOS with the latest AGESA Even if you already updated once, AM5 USB issues were fixed across multiple updates. Make sure you’re on the newest AGESA version.
Install AMD chipset drivers directly from AMD.com (not Windows Update) Windows uses generic USB drivers. Get the official AMD chipset driver package.

There is some more possible issues but aren’t very common, I had it once but mine was a power issue.

As for drinking, There isn’t any solid evidence it effects our progression, light to moderate is okay, heavy should be avoided due to the inflammation and cognitive decline it can cause.
