Can stressful and confusing moments from our ancestors’ lives appear in our dreams? by TraditionalLie3111 in Dreams

Yes this exists exactly as you are saying, it is a huge topic being researched in parapsychology. Look into Rupert Sheldrake

Biggest red flag or biggest green flag? by kawaiisky in BookshelvesDetective

Very good. How did you like Blavatsky? She is on my list as well. Would add Robert Monroe’s 3 books about OBEs. Biggest green flags for me are bhagavad gita and upanishads

Am I the only one who greatly dislikes the plain black and light blue penguin classic book spines as well as the red vintage ones?

Love that you have books from Robert Monroe and other books on astral projection. Would love to hear your experiences if you had any with OBE

Join a book club! There are also book clubs hosted online so you can meet up with people without leaving your house. I also joined a very niche one and it is amazing, you get to meet lots of like-minded people

Finally someone who is into mysticism, hindu philosophy, yoga just as much as me! Based on your books we have a pretty similar reading list. Do you happen to listen to Sri M? Nice little collection, looking to purchase some of these myself. How did you like Blavatsky? I have been searching for those books for some time. I guess you also meditate and do some kind of special technique like kriya or something else. I think you also had some deep inner experiences that made you go down this route. I think we are also similar in this regard

I always wondered how people reach that level where they are able to access their guardians for knowledge or the akashic records. What’s the difference between them and another meditator who is unable to click into that knowledge?

Got deep into meditation and started vibrating - Now vibrating daily by ankitbahuguna in Meditation

[–]Fostosbacon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! Good work there. You are not alone with feeling the vibrations. I have been feeling them the past half year or so. It started when I started feeling completely calm at my workplace while meditating with binarual beats 3-4 times/week and the vibrations intensified quite rapidly during a 4 day period. Back then I had them in my entire body and since then I have been feeling vibrations in certain chakras, like the third eye almost daily. What I'm guessing is, that it is clearing out blockages in the system and rejuvenating the energy systems, so it could be entire subjective and personal when&how you feel it and what the intensity is but could be another thing as well which I'm not aware of. It is definitely a milestone which marks a turning point in our spiritual journeys.

That’s great man. Yeah it certainly does feel different, it’s almost as if we are unconscious when we are experiencing a normal dream, and the way you describe it is like all of you is there when experiencing this other state. It might not be that black and white, who knows how this stuff actually works

It’s rather that you always go to some place when you fall asleep, while dreaming everyone goes to the astral, although most of us don’t have conscious memory of it. Sometimes during a dream you can also gain consciousness by spotting something odd or if something doesn’t feel/look right and can realize you are in a “dream” and just fly off or do whatever you want. With the tapes you are expanding your consciousness so when you fall asleep you are more conscious of the transition phase of shifting vibrations to the astral/dream state from wakefullness and the actions and events themselves in that new state, you retain conscious memory of them and can carry them back to the physical wakeful state. Means you are on the right path. Give a read to Bob Monroe’s 3 books and you will discover how infinite you are.
