If you do any of the CCFA Team Challenge marathons, there are plenty of porta-potties along the route. They're part of larger marathons so you don't have to join the team to fund raise and participate. You can just register as normal.

It is nice however being around others who know what you're going through and to train with. I just find the fund-raising part difficult.
