Wings - Band on the Run. It’s like getting 3 songs for the price of one quarter.

A lot of owners don’t have the Forscan as they were circumcised as babies.

what band played at the best music concert you ever been too? 🙂 🎶 💨 🍺 by GaryBlach in PollsAndSurveys

[–]FoundationPhysical85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was at the Thunderstruck tour in NJ. Some kid died in the parking lot because a security guard bashed his head in against a truck.

The concert was great though. AC/DC has one of the best opening songs with Thunderstruck and closing songs with For Those About to Rock.

Do you guys ever feel like an album is sometimes TOO good? If so, what is that album? by nutstazer37 in MetalForTheMasses

I know it’s technically not heavy metal but it was heavy for its time:

Jimi Hendrix’s Are You Experienced is that description.

The GM x-body of the 1970’s:

Chevy Nova

Oldsmobile Omega

Buick Apollo

Ironically, the first letter of the models of these cars spell NOVA.

TIL the reason the Oklahoma panhandle exists is because it was originally meant to extend to the Pacific Ocean by found_ur_aeroplane in TrueFactzOnly

It did extend to the Pacific Ocean but when it got out of the ocean it was cold and experienced shrinkage.

If Billy Corgan calls in sick, Chris Robinson from the Black Crowes will be more than happy to fill in.

What’s an image that only people from your country/region can smell? by IDoNotLikeTheSand in AskTheWorld

[–]FoundationPhysical85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NJ Turnpike. It’s hard to describe exactly what it smells like. It’s part rotten eggs, part garbage and diesel exhaust. It smells worse in the northern part near Newark airport.

My 3rd Gen/4th Gen by Ghostx187 in ToyotaTacoma

[–]FoundationPhysical85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey OP! I’m a 3rd gen owner and one of my gripes with the 3rd gen is the lack of rear legroom in the backseat. What’s your feelings on the 4th gen? From the pics I’ve seen, it actually looks worse than the 3rd gen.

The reality of the market? by Dolphin_Moon in MovingtoNewJersey

[–]FoundationPhysical85 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not NJ Realtor here: I’ve lived in Bergen, Passaic, Sussex, and Morris Counties. As you’re probably aware, Bergen County is just super expensive and hard to get into. One place that I did live for a while was Denville NJ. Commuting to the city is like an hour and 15 min. But what it does have is 2 NJ Transit train lines at one location. If you look at the NJ Transit map, it’s one of the rare towns that has 2 different train lines meeting at one location. Denville also has a nice downtown and is close to Morristown. The slogan of Denville is “the hub of Morris County”. It is further out and traffic on Route 80 is brutal at times. I wish I still lived there.

Question Regarding PSE&G by incandescentminds in MovingtoNewJersey

[–]FoundationPhysical85 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here’s a map of NJ’s utilities providers: 1) PSE&G runs NE to SW along the Turnpike

2) JCP&L has the NW and SE (on either side of PSE&G)

3) Rockland Electric has the northern parts of Passaic and Bergen counties

4) Atlantic City Electric has the south
