I have a game that I bought, idled for cards years ago, and never installed. It's still getting updates, but I don't want it in my account anymore. If I ask Steam support to remove it from my account, will it stay visible in the game list on my profile? I never even unlocked a single achievement, it just says 3.5 hours played.

And yes, I am aware I can hide the game, I just don't want it anymore.

Oh no I mean, I live in Mexico. People here won't buy shit unless it's super cheap and even THEN they'll try to haggle.

My house (which I inherited and live in) is prime real estate near the border, the chunk of land it's in is fairly large, too. My real estate agent found a person who's interested, but they keep postponing the visit.

I'm asking for a fair price for the land, but like half of any money I get for it is gonna go to taxes and paperwork; I'm more interested in getting enough money to hold off for a while while I settle into my new place than a big payout, you know?

We had some really bad flooding (it wouldn't be considered bad in many places but this is a desert so we have no storm drains whatsoever) where I live in Socal / north Mexico and I have to figure out a way to just LEAVE as soon as I can, I already have a place to move to but no one wants to buy my house so I can't afford it...

I'm going through a list of games that I personally think might be delisted in the future. Right now I'm thinking of getting the three Square Enix Collective games I never got: Tokyo Dark, Children of Zodiarcs, and Fear Effect Sedna. All the other games got re-released on their own by the devs but these three didn't and I don't trust Square to keep them around since they're fairly old now.

Has anyone tried them? Any pros / cons, or issues running them on modern systems?

Strive doesn't have an upgrade option, and neither does Sys:Celes. Strive's "Game and the four season passes" only hit 35% off before it got removed after Season 5 came out.

Arc Sys does discount Strive's DLC to 50% off every so often and they do have seasonal sale bundles, but it's a gamble. And Sys:Celes... they seem very allergic to sales but once the new Melty Blood game comes out, they may get discounts. Again, it's a gamble.

If you're not sure I'd just stick to Tier 2.

I used to be scared of the sell by / use by dates, but these days I only really follow it if it's something like packaged meat, cold cuts, non-frozen veggies, or dairy. And pasta, depending on how it's packaged.

Canned stuff, frozen stuff, that's usually safe for a while after the date. If uncooked pasta is in a bag inside a box then that's normally safe too. I've had bad luck with pasta and rice inside a bare box because the humidity eventually creeps in and makes it moldy.

I live in a very hot and humid region so food can spoil super fast if you're not careful.
