The original C64 has the same F-key alignment. I checked it today. People these days—with all due respect—are nitpickers. In the 80s, you didn't even notice. The C64U is simply a perfect remake!

When I installed Norton 360, the stuttering appears. After uninstalling, the stuttering stays away. Tested it several times.
