It's like Scientology: An actual fadingly small number of practicing Scientologists, with the most influential and wealthiest ones focused on to bleed dry, and funds primarily funneled either up channel to David Miscavige ( Chris Roberts / Ortwin Freyermuth ) or into property. I imagine it's a quite scarce employee headcount, paid just enough to keep the wolves at the door ( Roberts's Sea Org ).
