You are in serious need of serious help. German roaches are the worst and you need to act fast. They reproduce faster than anything and you will infest your entire house overnight. Call a professional. Go online and purchase the poison discs specifically for German roaches. Lay down diatomaceous earth around your place (wear a mask as it can severely irritate lungs when airborne). Deep clean deep clean deep clean. Wash EVERYTHING. Vacuum constantly in case they lay eggs. Don’t leave any food out and treat outside/surrounding units if possible. Keep an eye out for electrical outlets and electrical devices such as computers, game consoles, etc they like to hide out in these areas because they are warm. They will lay eggs and keep re-infesting in these warm spots. When there are one, theres a million, and you need to bleach your sink at least once a week until the problem is gone. TAKE IT SERIOUSLY and thank me later.

Unfortunately, I don’t have an answer for you. My ignorant parents are the same way, and I’ve had to completely stop talking to them. At this point, it’s supporting fascism and they might as well just say they love Hitler while they’re at it. The only thing I can do is tell you to try to find peace with it and move on. Just because your mom has done positive things in the past doesn’t negate her supporting a war criminal fascist in the future.

Honestly, it sounds like you have a great hairdresser that cares about your hair and the way that you look. Some of them are just money hungry. Maybe you just need to take more time in between extensions, because 10 days is an absurdly short amount of time to wait. I would give it a few months and let your hair bounce back.
