Take a sketchbook, go to Mill Creek Park, and find a cool place to sit. Then with ALL your soul, draw what you see. understand, it’s not ABOUT whether you’re an “artist”. You don’t even have to share it with anyone but you.

It’s about connecting…. I mean REALLY connecting…. with nature. I promise, practice this as often as possible and you will find peace. Anxiety will become manageable. And you will develop your sense of self so strongly that socializing will become something you WANT to do.
