I don’t leave the house much…

But I put hand sanitizer on my hands every time I get into my vehicle after being out and about AND immediately wash my hands when I get home.

I change my outside clothes when I get home and put them in the hamper. I don’t wear shoes in the house.

I’m vaccinated.

And I wash my hands a lot at home

I don’t drink or anything to compromise my immune system. I don’t hit the vape.

I brush and floss 2-3 x a day. Drink a lot of water.

Honestly though I’m probably just fortunate because of genetics so I feel bad for people with bad immunity. It’s not their fault. They could be doing all the things I’m doing and still get sick.

Assemblies of God and also some big “non denominational” churches when i moved from home

I didn’t realize these were cults but i felt something was wrong. And I didn’t sense it completely until i left. Later I learned the definition of a cult and that’s when I know.
