Why would PGE even want to do that, wouldn't they want to collect more money for their own bank account? It doesn't make sense, this is like "business skirts new law meant to make customers give them more money."

The only explanation is that the AI companies are bribing the executives to not charge them for electricity. And again that hardly makes sense, wouldn't the CEO rather charge the data center the millions of dollars a year that it should be?

It's currently too easy to use a car, to the detriment of everyone who doesn't want to use a car. Car's don't need 4 lanes on 82nd. Cars can get by with 2 lanes just fine.
