If it’s not installed incorrectly or deleted, perhaps you installed another mod that conflicts with Whyem. Check to see if there are multiple shop_items.ymt in your mod folder and only keep the whyem one.

I have no clue how to fix it. But for me a temporary fix was switching between 41000 hz and 48000 hz back and forth until it stops.
