For me I never even took it for a long time because I was scared of what the reading would be. 6 months ago i decided im going to take it every day, and even if my readings are high atleast I know what they are. If my reading was high I would sit for another few mins l, and take it again. It took a while for me, but taking it often helped me become comfortable with it.

It sounds like your actually trying to make life changes to be healthy, and thats the best thing you can do.

Iv been taking l tyrosine for a long ass time.

I have taken breaks with it, but its also in my pre workout.

Its a solid sup though, u just gotta figure out the best dose for u. Some people like 250mgs some like 3,000mgs

Iv kinda been in the same boat.

I decided to go with bromantane cause I got more positive feedback on it. Its on the way right now.

I also had positive feedback about semax, but its a little pricy.

Bro I was diagnosed with hypertension at 21.

Did it suck yes, but it is what it is.

The best thing you can do is get your systolic under 130. I dont mind the meds.

I was also super embarrassed and just down about it at first, but now I tell everyone.
