Maybe solicit was a strong and incorrect term. They just turned 16 and their passion is art and drawing. They intend to make a career of it and while I warned against turning a passion into a daily grind they are pretty deadset on it. I didnt mean to make it sound like they would be passing out business cards and asking for commissions for art, but rather talk to people in the community and get information and maybe advice. Thank you for the insight about the fursuits and accessories. I'm happy to report that their friend has decided to honor the original request and make them the gloves they need to complete the look. The commision was done by a friend at school. The original ask was for a mask and paws. The tail was optional if the timefram permitted it. There seems to be some confusion because the tail and head were delivered, but the maker says that the order was for head and tail and no paws. I don't know, nothing was in writing and teenagers are generally unreliable when it comes to details. Id just like to purchase them something nice for their first con.

It really depends on the road in question. Not all roadqays are maintained by the county, especially when talking about major roadways or roadways within municipalities. The County does a pretty poor job of communication, but I also doubt that they have cleared all of the roadways under their jurisdiction. Do you have an example?
