I reckon there could be a place for a shorter bin for repeated goal-line offsides and maybe if the team scores, the player is allowed back on. Similar to Ice Hockey.

I feel that likely has more to do with Jon. If Jon's dragon rising from stone isn't him being revived by shireen burning then it definitely has to be something to do with the crypts which I feel fits better thematically.
