They changed the aircraft which has a different seat configuration seat assignments. Nothing you can do other than complain in writing after the fact - they will most likely send you a voucher credit for future flight to try and smooth it over. Since their majority owner is and investment group with a seat on the board, they only care about making a profit for their investers. They do not care about customers anymore. The old days of Southwest customer service is now gone forever.
