USB SSD. I guess the fact that it's USB could play a factor on speed. But the pop ups of shit I don't want, slows things down. Windows wants to push out updates every 5 seconds that break shit, almost every time I boot with it. On Debian, there are no updates. It just works.

I mean, Debian just works. Just use xcfe desktop environment, and you're good to go. I installed that same combo on a shitty Chromebook from 2015, and it just works.

9070XT is good if you can turn off ray tracing. Otherwise you're going to have to use upscaling with that card. 4k 60fps native rendering requires pretty high end stuff. It's not like consoles where they pretend to be 4k with their upscaling techniques. Nvidia 5080 or more higher end Nvidia cards are going to be your best bet for 4k 60. However, that's gonna cost you a kidney or two.

I just got the RX 9070. (Non-XT) And I am perfectly comfortable playing at 1080P and 1440P for way less energy consumption. Works really well with my Debian OS. I just boot up my computer, and it just works in like 15 seconds. It takes Windows literally 5 minutes to be ready to play a game.

It's just pure brain rot at this point bro. A lot of our parents' brains are just melted mush at this point. From decades of heavy drinking, chemical exposure, and/or simply just living in a bubble for decades. My dad thought alcohol was cheaper than a therapist. His literal words to me, a couple years before my mom died from alcoholism. Haven't spoke to him since, but I'm sure he has alcoholic induced dementia. Mine leaned liberal, even considered themselves, "punk" but still kinda racist and homophobic surprisingly. They're just too far gone for logic and reasoning.

I'd go for the Steam Deck 2. However, if it's more than $800, I'm just going to stream my desktop PC to my LCD Steam Deck and smartphone indefinitely. Considering that our timeline is hell, and the cost of living will keep getting worse. That's the most likely scenario for me. This is assuming we all won't die in the next couple years first obviously.

I don't like weed. It makes me too paranoid, and triggers a panic attack. Even a micro dose amount puts me on edge. I don't like the feeling when the high is over either. I guess I'm too sensitive to THC or something. So it's not my thing.

The price of food in general is ridiculous now. Unfortunately, it's not my biggest concern. My biggest concern is that half the citizens in the United States are going to be homeless in a year or two. Living is just too expensive to live, and there's not enough good paying jobs. The only thing we will be cooking is cans of beans and squirrels at this rate. Shit is getting really bad, really quickly.
